Cascade Tour ~

For those of you familiar with Cascade Yarns, you know they are wonderful. We were lucky this weekend to get a tour of their warehouse in the Pacific Northwest. As the line of a hundred eager ladies filed through the outer office and into the warehouse area, I noticed one of the desks had the typical phone, computer, calendar....and the part that was not typical was the inbox with yarn in it....ahhhh, my dream would be to have yarn in my inbox.....a magical place!

There were boxes and boxes and boxes and boxes of Cascade Yarn....everywhere...The tour guides gave each lady a big plastic bag for our purchases....wow......and off we went, looking for the treasure in the "open" boxes and then in the bags lined up along all the walls.

There were wonderful yarns in the open boxes on the floor. I fell hard for the Chunky Alpaca, and ended up dumping out my Cash Vero and Cloud 9 in favor of more Chunky Alpaca. I also was talked into some EcoAlpaca of a yummy brown, and am so glad it came home with me.

Here's some of our treasures....too much for the plastic bag!!!!

Here was our favorite sign....
What a great tour!!!
