National Cooperation ~

When we I couldn't find any yarn in the Washington DC mall area, I pondered what my strategy should be. Since the President was in London, my next venue was to the Senate. Fortunately for me, Washington State has two amazing Senators. Our first visit was with Patty Murry, and she is impressive.

We talked about education and veterans' issues, and the stimulus package and how it would effect communities in our state.


Unfortunately we ran out of time and I was unable to ask if she was working on getting a yarn shop in Washington DC.
