Plying Otter Pop Lilly!

Lilly turned out to be 300 yards of lovely yarn, with a bit of a halo. I would guess this is DK or sport weight yarn and I love the colors that my daughter made from otter pop dying.  I am wondering what to knit with Lilly's yarn!  Lilly is a Leicester from Mary Beth's farm in the upper peninsula of Michigan. 

Sunday Spinning!

This otter pop dyed Leicester is tough to spin as it is a bit matted from its travels from Michigan plus the excitement of being dyed by otter pops, yet the colors look lovely and the singles seem to have a bit of a halo. Looking forward to seeing what the plyed yarn looks like!

Knitting for me!

On Mother's Day, I decided to knit for ME!  Wow, I had missed my Sallah cowl and this beautiful yarn from One Twisted Tree in these delicious colors!

Happy 21!

Real birthday is May 6th yet we celebrate whenever we can get together!  Hurrah for 21 years old. Our first miracle and she continues to amaze us with her love, joy, inspiration and spirit!

Otter Pop Leicester!

More otter pop dyed fiber, this wool is from Mary Beth's Leicester sheep, Lilly!  Well done Lilly!  Well done youngest daughter that was the maestro otter pop dyer!

189 yards Meriboo!

Wheeeeeee!  I love this yarn!  The colors are so beautiful and the yarn is squishy and soft.  What can I knit with 189 yards? I love it!

Plying Meriboo!

Certainly more of a worsted weight yarn is coming out of this plying. I do love how the colors are playing together.  Wondering what to knit with this yarn!
