Cast Off!

Yippee!  Cast off Suzie's blanket, now to get it into the mail!  Hurrah! This yarn is lovely and this blanket is so soft! The colors are crazy as these were the only ones available at the "going out of business" sale in Michigan, yet the colors make it a truly happy blanket!

Progress Stalled!

Charlie decided that I needed to pet him instead of knit...so progress on Suzie's blanket is stalled!

Running out of yarn!

I am thinking I should stop knitting when I run out of yarn, instead of buying more yarn to make a larger blanket.... This is really great yarn, soft and squishy and bulky... all goodness!

Finally have this on the needles!  First cast on didn't work correctly, as I tend to be math challenged late on a Friday night....but then I fixed it and knit knit knit!! Due date for this one is August - Yikes!!
