Spring Break #11 ~

We were lucky to have a bonus trip on our way south from Sedona ~ we were able to visit some Indian sites. My sweetie had talked nonstop about wanting to see the Indian sites on the north side of Grand Canyon, but we knew there would be snow there during Spring Break, so we ended up planning the trip south...so a bonus that we still found some Indian sites for him. This one is called Montezuma's Castle, even though Montezuma was never here...

Amazing how they built this, and how they lived...

YARN STORE!!!! The Sedona Knit Wits! Only has been open for 3 weeks! Hurrah!

Spring break #8 ~

We heard that snow was coming to the South Rim and Williams Wednesday night, so we decided to cancel our two-more-days in the Canyon and head south to get more sunshine (remember, quick, we like sunglasses and palm trees....) so we headed to Sedona...

Amazing Red Rocks..... so beautiful....

so many beautiful pictures to take.... spring colors and the Red Rocks....

We hiked into the Red Rocks and the sky was turning a beautiful stormy blue and the wind picked up. Excellent decision to head to Sedona.....

Spring break #7 ~

We took the train from Williams to Grand Canyon Village and the South Rim. The train ride was relaxing and fun, and I was able to knit too ~ a bonus!

We took a two mile hike along the South Rim and saw snow along some of the Canyon walls. So beautiful...

So amazing....

Spring break #6

From Kingman we took historic Route 66 to Williams.
