Blanket bliss!

I love knitting this pattern, especially with these colors. Such a happy knitting project, with a due date of Christmas!

Yak Spinning Again!

Just a quick time for spinning today, to be sure I have not forgotten the technique! This fiber came from our Blue Moon Fiber Arts Dye Day at the Barn. I had wanted much more of this Yak fiber, but this wee bit was all that was left.... Feels so great to be back with my wheel, with the July due dates completed. Hurrah for accomplished knitting due dates!

Our second miracle turns 18 today ~

7th Teen Hat!

Thought we should have our cat be the model for this hat.... Not sure he liked it..... It is a great hat and a great cat!

Stitch n Pitch ~

Yes, another great Stitch n Pitch event!  So great to see lots of knitters and some of my very favorite people there, and, apparently there was a baseball game going on as well. Knit a bit on the Knitted Wit cowl too, so we are making progress.

Blocking!

Finished with Suzie's tank top - now to wait for it to dry!  I hope it fits her!

Cast Off!

Yippee!  Cast off Suzie's blanket, now to get it into the mail!  Hurrah! This yarn is lovely and this blanket is so soft! The colors are crazy as these were the only ones available at the "going out of business" sale in Michigan, yet the colors make it a truly happy blanket!
