I'm very pleased about the White House veggie garden, so along those same values, I'm sure there is a yarn store planned for the Washington DC Mall area that is heavy on the natural fibers, organic yarns and recycled content woollies. Perhaps Peace Fleece and alpaca, and all those great ones! Hopefully there will be a yarn shop there by this summer?

Before London ~
President Obama took a quick minute to pose for a picture before boarding Air Force 1 for London. I wish I would have 
known then about "no yarn in Washington DC" as I would have asked him when I had the chance. I'm very pleased about the White House veggie garden, so along those same values, I'm sure there is a yarn store planned for the Washington DC Mall area that is heavy on the natural fibers, organic yarns and recycled content woollies.
